摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water reservoir with a water drainage device for draining water to the outside from within a recessed shape water storage area formed on a ground, and in connection with this water reservoir, ensure that the water inside the water storage area can be prevented from seeping into the ground through whichever region of the water drainage device.
SOLUTION: This water reservoir 1 includes the water drainage device 15 which drains water 2 inside the water storage area 4 through openings 12 and 13 formed in inner and outer impervious sheets 9 and 10 laid on the inner surface of the water storage area 4. The water drainage device 15 comprises inner and outer impervious sheet pieces 19 and 20 which extend along one inner surface part of the water storage area 4 corresponding mutually to each opening 12 and 13, and are mutually joined to the opening edge part of each opening 12 and 13, a water drainage pipe 23 which is introduced into through holes 21 and 22, each formed in inner and outer impervious sheet pieces 19 and 20, with the outer circumferential surface of the water drainage pipe 23 being joined W1 to the hole edge part of each through hole 21 and 22, and an impervious material 29 packed into a space 28 surrounded by the inner and outer impervious sheet pieces 19 and 20 and the water drainage pipe 23.

Thus, sludge is efficiently dehydrated and sludge can be easily discharged from the dehydrating apparatus.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet for covering a structure, which can maintain an appearance by preventing the deterioration of the structure over a long period of time after covering the structure.
SOLUTION: This laminated sheet 1 for covering the structure (not shown in the figure) includes: a synthetic resin layer 11 inside which protrusions 22, composed of a transplanted bristle-like fiber material, are provided and which is fixed to the structure in a state in which a solidifying material 15 is infilled around the protrusions 22 with no space in between; and at least one coating layer 12 which is fixed to the outside of the layer 11 via an adhesive and whose outermost layer has a stainproof mechanism.
