Herein the vibration damping means (4) is formed by superposing a first sliding material and a second sliding material on each other which are each made of a fluoride resin sheet or an ultrahigh-molecular polyethylene sheet, and arranged on an area that corresponds to the entire lower surface of the vibration proof rubber (5).
