    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of a fuel blow supply nozzle made from a composite of ceramic and metal by improving the strength of ceramic without deteriorating its function and reducing external force and impact.
      SOLUTION: In the T-shaped fuel blow supply nozzle 50 consisting of a nozzle body 51 and a stand pipe 52 and having a composite structure consisting of ceramic sleeves 4, 5 and 8 on the inner surface of the nozzle and a heat resistant cast steel 3 and a heat resistant steel pipe 7 on the outside, the density of a material is improved by (1) making a fuel collision part 4a and a corner part, which are on a ceramic T-shaped part 4 of the nozzle body, smoothly thick, (2) interposing a ceramic cushioning material on a connection part of the adjacent ceramic sleeves 4, 5 and 8 to each other and (3) treating with hot hydrostatic pressure to eliminate the void inside the crystalline body of the silicon nitride ceramic. As a result, the damage of the ceramic is prevented and the life of the fuel blow supply nozzle is extended.
