    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed kneader and a kneading rotor, which are excellent in both convection and disintegration performances. SOLUTION: One long blade 20 and two short blades 30, 40 are formed on a columnar rotor 10. Two short blades on one of the rotors 10 are arranged so that the two short blades may repeatedly come close to and the separate from the long blade 20 on the other rotor 10 when a pair of rotors 10 are rotated, and the long blade 20 is pinched between the two short blades in the coming-close state. Also, the long blade 20 is arranged so that a first end 22 of one of the rotors 10 and a second end 23 of the other rotor 10 may repeatedly come close to and separate from each other when the pair of rotors 10 are rotated, and the first end 22 and the second end 23 face each other in the rotational direction across the line connecting both axes of the rotors 10 in the coming-close state.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy replacement of a gear coupling part without the need for moving a driven device (e.g. a kneading device) or a driving device.
