    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing calcium carbonate which enables production of calcium carbonate of high purity from concrete waste containing unsolidified cement fine particles.SOLUTION: The concrete waste is subjected to solid-liquid separation by solid-liquid separation means 2, and is separated into a cement-containing liquid, which includes at least a part of cement fine particles, and a solid content. Furthermore, the cement-containing liquid is supplied into a precipitation reaction tank 10 by cement-containing liquid supplying means 11, and carbon dioxide is supplied into the precipitation reaction tank 10 by carbon dioxide supplying means 14. Then, in the precipitation reaction tank 10, calcium contained in the cement-containing liquid and cement fine particles is reacted with carbon dioxide, and calcium carbonate is allowed to crystallize out on the surface of the cement fine particles. Further, the thus crystallized calcium carbonate is separated and recovered by calcium carbonate separation means 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geopolymer cured product unlikely to entail, even if a boron ore is included therein, strength attenuations and suitable for long-term uses.SOLUTION: A geopolymer including an aluminosilicate oxide as a main component is mixed with a boron ore. The curing of the geopolymer progresses as a result of the polymerization of a metal eluted from a filler with a silicic acid complex of a geopolymer liquid. The geopolymer is impervious to curing hindrances attributed to the elution of BOfrom the boron ore. The strength of the geopolymer cured product therefore manifests even if a finely granulated boron ore is dispersed therein without entailing the hindrance of the curing thereof. Moreover, it is desirable to use boron ore particles having diameters of 20 mm or less since they can be homogeneously dispersed. Moreover, it is desirable, from the standpoint of facilitating the manifestation of superior strength, to heat and cure, after a yet-to-be-solidified geopolymer has been filled into a frame mold, the filled geopolymer at 40°C or above and 100°C or below.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geopolymer composition capable of facilitating the securing of a fluid time necessary for manufacturing a precast product and of facilitating, even at a low curing temperature, the manifestation of a strength necessary for the release of the precast product.SOLUTION: The provided composition contains an aluminosilicate oxide produced by mixing a filler and a monomer. The filler includes fly ash and a slag powder. The ratio, within the filler, of the fly ash and slag powder is adjusted in light of the fluidity-sustainable time of the geopolymer composition and the strength thereof at the time of release. In a case where the ratio of the fly ash and slag powder is thus adjusted, the manifestation of the strength of the geopolymer composition is facilitated even at a relatively low thermal curing temperature, and therefore, the thermal curing can be performed at a temperature unlikely to entail the degradation of a waxy release agent or filming release agent. It is desirable, in particular, to adjust the ratio, in terms of mass ratio, of the fly ash and slag powder within a fly ash : slag powder range of 19 : 1-6 : 4.
