摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper pivot capable of enhancing the theft prevention effect for a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the wiper pivot, an installation section 26 of a theft prevention sleeve 24 is installed on a pivot holder 22. This causes a flange-like section 30 of the theft prevention sleeve 24 to face a pivot hole inside a rear window 54 of a rear door, and also causes an invasion prevention wall 32 to rise from the flange-like section 30 toward the fore end side of a pivot shaft 14, positioning the invasion prevention wall close to the pivot hole. Further, a metal plate 66 is embedded in the invasion prevention wall 32. As a consequence, even if a thief tries to insert an unlocking member 58 such as a wire from the pivot hole toward a locking device to unlock the locking device, the invasion of the unlocking member 58 such as a wire is blocked by the invasion prevention wall 32.
