When the wire 40 is pushed or pulled by actuation of the actuator 48, the slider 24 connected with the wire 40 is moved in an approximately L-shape along the rail, and the wiper blade 36 whose other end is locked with the slider 24 wipes an approximately entire face of the windshield 14.
