The drive transmitting means 20 is structured of a differential gear including a gear 23, and gears 24, 25 as profile shifted gears of which the number of teeth are different and of which a same rotation center is a shaft 21, and the gear 23 rotates on circumferences of the gears 24, 25 by the rotation output from the driving device 11.
