    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently construct a tunnel lining while maintaining a kinetically stable state by using lining members made of precast concrete.
      SOLUTION: A channel-shaped rail 13, whose bottom surface is formed with the angle of inclination, is formed on the top end surface of a side wall concrete 11. A plurality of bearing balls 14, which are kept positioned in a dispersed state in a powdery body 15, are arranged on the surface of the channel-shaped rail 13. An arch member of a tunnel block is assembled on an assembling stand provided at a tunnel pit port in a state that the leg part of the arch is supported inside the rail 13, so that the block may be erected on the inward side of the upper half arch part of the tunnel. The arch member is joined to the arch member, which is erected at the pit port, in a longitudinal direction of the tunnel. A plurality of arch members are sent deep into the tunnel by a propulsive jack to install them. Then the leg part of the arch is fixed onto the side wall concrete 11 together with the rail 13 with a filler at the installation position to construct the tunnel lining.
