摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bumper under a spare tire from being polluted by water, when water flows and drops along an external surface of the spare tire during a rainfall or car washing.
SOLUTION: This vehicle 1 is provided with a rear bumper 6 supported at a lower end part of a rear face of a vehicle body 2, the spare tire 7 mounted on the rear face of the vehicle body 2 to be located on an upper side of the bumper 6 and a tire cover 8 assembled to be externally fitted to the spare tire 7. A lower end part of the tire cover 8 is divided into left and right sides to externally fit and separate the tire cover 8 into/from the spare tire 7, and the left and right divided parts 16 can be mutually separated. This spare tire device is provided with a lower cover 29 for receiving and collecting water 28 flowing and dropping from the spare tire 7 by covering a lower end part of the spare tire 7 from the lower part. A discharge hole 38 is formed in the lower cover 29, and the discharge hole 38 is located at a rear side of the rear face of the bumper 6.

SOLUTION: This structure is provided with the first and second brackets 11, 12 provided in a dash panel, a link member 26 of which the upper end is fixed to a pillar-to-pillar member 28 and of which the lower end is locked to an upper face of the second bracket 12 and is inclined downwards toward a body front side, and the brake pedal 9 supported suspendedly to the first bracket 11. When a load of a prescribed level or more is applied from the body front side, the second bracket 12 is displaced to a body rear side, the link member 26 is foldedly bent thereby in a fixed part to the pillar-to-pillar member 28 and is rotated therearound as a fulcrum, the first bracket 11 is thereby displaced further to the body rear side and downwards, and a lower end of the brake pedal 9 is moved to body front side as a result thereof.
