    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacity adjustment method for a capacitor in a non-reciprocative circuit element, which can perform efficient trimming and does not accompany with electric failure occurrence due to trimming.
      SOLUTION: The capacity adjustment method for a capacitor in a non-reciprocative circuit element is applied to a non-reciprocative circuit element equipped with capacitors C1, C2, and C3 connected with a first, a second and a third center conductors 7, 8, and 9 and having a dielectric 11 and at least a pair of electrode 12a and 12b arranged at the dielectric 11. According to the method, only the dielectric 11 of the capacitors C1, C2, and C3 is trimmed by a laser X to adjust a capacity value. Consequently, the laser X is affected by little reflection with the dielectric 11. Hence, the method can perform efficient trimming, and does not accompany with electric failure occurrence even if a shaved dielectric 11 disperses.
