    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidirectional input device capable of continuously taking out digital signals and analog signals while giving a clear clicking feel.
      SOLUTION: The multidirectional input device comprises a flexible operation member 6 and a switch 3 arranged in a housing 1 at its lower side across a collar part 21 of an operator 2, and a pressure sensitive conductive rubber 7 and contact portions 8a arranged therein at its upper side. During first tilting operation for tilting an operation part 20 from a non-operation position, the collar part 21 drives a domed movable contact 40 to be thrust and reversed via the flexible operation member 6 in the tilting direction so that a contact change-over signal is output from a predetermined switch 4. During second tilting operation for tilting the operation part 20 further in the same direction into an over-stroke condition after the first tilting operation, the collar part 21 thrusts the pressure sensitive conductive rubber 7 to be pressed against the pair of contact portions 8a in opposition to the tilting direction so that the pressure sensitive conductive rubber 7 is elastically deformed and an analog signal is output from an analog detection part 8.
