摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for precision casting using a resin pattern on the outer skin and its making method with which such a breakage problem of a mold precursor as to consider to occur by thermally expanding to the resin pattern on the outer skin in the inner part of the mold precursor and acting to the mold precursor as internal stress can be solved.
SOLUTION: In the mold for precision casting, using the resin pattern on the outer skin, in which the precursor for mold is constituted by coating a molding material so as to be able to maintain the shape at the molten metal temperature on the surface of the resin pattern on the outer skin having the same shape as a casting shape and the resin pattern included in the precursor is lost with a thermal decomposition in an atmosphere at not lower than the thermal decomposition temperature of the resin, an opening hole part for exhausting the thermal decomposition gas besides the opening hole parts such as a sprue for casting, a feeder head is characteristically arranged on the precursor.
