摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crescent lock easily replacing an existing crescent lock, capable of detecting a breaking act of window glass and unlocking of the crescent lock, and rotatable to lock only when a locking piece mounted to a window frame is in a lockable position.
SOLUTION: This crescent lock 10 is provided with a crescent base 12 mountable to the window frame 50, a crescent 16 rotatably mounted to the crescent base, and a crescent handle 18 mounted to a rotating shaft 14 to rotate the crescent. The crescent handle holds inside a sensor 20 capable of detecting both the breaking act of window glass and the rotating act of the crescent handle; a microcomputer 22 recognizing that the breaking act of window glass or the rotating act of the crescent handle was performed, based on signals from the sensor; a communication circuit 24 provided with a transmitting part for transmitting an alarm signal through radio wave when the breaking act of window glass or the rotating act of the crescent handle is recognized; and a battery 26 for supplying power to the sensor, microcomputer and communication circuit.
