摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat cooking apparatus which can prevent unevenness in the temperature of the bottom plate section of a cooking pot from occurring and perform a proper heat cooking. SOLUTION: The heat cooking apparatus 1 includes: a heat insulating member 41 which is arranged in a manner to cover approximately the whole of the bottom plate section 5 of the cooking pot 3; and a surface combustion burner 22 which is arranged in a vicinity of the center of the bottom plate section 5. The heat insulating member 41 has a counter surface section 44 which has a shape roughly going along the bottom plate section 5 of the cooking pot 3, and is proximally counter to the bottom plate section 5 through a gap.
