The deflection operating means 3 obtains a deflection between the speed command after correction and slide speed which is actually detected. The adder 5 corrects the speed command outputted from a pulse generator 1 based on the deflection and outputs the corrected speed command to the speed control means 6. Since the speed command to the speed control means 6 can be corrected in accordance with the peculiar behavior characteristic which the press machine 7 has, the motor controller having speed responsibility and stability can be provided.
