    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating film-forming agent (aqueous lubricating agent for plastic processing) capable of forming a uniform lubricating film that exhibits more excellent wettability than conventional ones and hardly suffers from deterioration in wettability even when contaminated with an oily component, and to provide a formation method of a lubricating film where a lubricating film-forming agent deteriorated by contamination with an oily component is reutilized.
      SOLUTION: The aqueous lubricating agent for plastic processing comprises a solid lubricating agent, water for dispersing the solid lubricating agent and a cationic surfactant for charging the surface of the solid lubricating agent with positive electricity. The formation method of the lubricating film is one for forming a lubricating film on the surface of a raw material for plastic processing or the surface of a tool for plastic processing, where a cationic surfactant is added to the deteriorated liquid of the lubricating film-forming agent having been subjected to the formation of the lubricating film and contaminated with an oily component thereby to charge the surface of the solid lubricating agent with positive electricity and the thus-obtained liquid is reutilized as the lubricating film-forming agent.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for separating a weld base stock by which a base stock welded in a heating furnace can surely be separated so as to prevent the occurrence of conveying troubles.
      SOLUTION: This apparatus for separating the base stock welded in the back and front direction in the outlet of the heating furnace at the heating time while continuously supplying cut base stocks into the heating furnace is provided with: a base stock conveying portion composed of a conveyor positioned at lower height than the heating furnace and a chute connecting the heating furnace with the conveyor; and a weld base stock separating portion composed of rollers for separating the head part of the base stock at the welded rear part of the base stock; and an eccentric cam for pushing down the head part of the base stock at the welded base stock front part. The base stock 5 and the weld surface of the base stock 6 are separated by supporting the head part of the base stock at the welded rear part of the base stock 5 with the rollers 10 and pushing down the head part of the base stock at the weld base stock front part 6 with the eccentric cam 11. The separated base stock 6 is dropped down onto the chute 8 and conveyed onto a chain conveyor 7.

When the pressing force is applied to the lower die 1, the compressive force in the transverse direction thereacross is generated to apply the pressing force, and thus, a pressing device in the transverse direction can be dispensed with, and the process is shortened, and the productivity is improved.
