    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded product which includes a fancy appearance with metallic luster and also includes insulating property sufficient for the use as a cellular phone casing or the like, and a method for manufacturing the same.
      SOLUTION: The resin molded product includes an irregular weave pattern and a metal thin film formed on a surface thereof. The irregular weave pattern includes a cloth surface design organized by yarns 200-2,000 deniers in thickness, and the metal thin film includes metallic luster with a film thickness of 200-800 Å, and is formed along the irregularity. The metal thin film includes minute cracks that is not visually confirmed and includes insulating property such that the metallic luster is not changed before and after a treatment of 1,000 W×3 s by microwave oven. The resin molded product is manufactured by mutually superposing a cloth having the weave pattern on the surface and a transfer film having the metal thin film, and performing resin molding with the metal thin film side being contact with a resin surface.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin molded object for shielding electromagnetic waves which can efficiently form an electromagnetic shielding layer at low cost on the face of the resin molded object to which an electromagnetic wave shielding process is applied simultaneously when the resin molded object of such as a resin housing is formed. SOLUTION: A coating material layer of a conductive base material sheet is arranged at a position used as the face of the resin molded object to be molded to which the electromagnetic wave shielding process is applied. The conductive base material sheet is formed by laminating a coating material in a finger-touch dry state on the face of a vehicle impregnating base material which is bendable and deformable, wherein the coating material includes conductive metal particles dispersed in a vehicle. When the resin molded object is formed, the conductive base material sheet is heated and pressurized to make the coating material layer-closely into contact with the face of the resin molded object to be molded to which the electromagnetic wave shielding process is applied, then the vehicle of the coating material layer is impregnated into the vehicle impregnating base material to form the electromagnetic wave shielding layer, in which the conductive metal particles of the coating material layer are flat-rolled and deformed between the resin molded object and the conductive base material sheet. The conductive base material sheet is peeled off and removed from the resin molded object in such a state that the electromagnetic wave shielding layer remains on the face of the resin molded object to which the electromagnetic wave shielding process is applied.
