Also, an ultraviolet ray outputting part 55 is operated only in a predetermined time since the portable telephone terminal equipment 1 is shifted to a bent status. Thus, it is possible to prevent the eyes of a user from being harmed, and to necessarily sufficiently emit the ultraviolet rays without consuming the battery of the portable telephone terminal equipment 1.
