摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a customer from being charged during a holding period or other non-communication period by allowing the customer differently charged for the non-communication state to communicate movement to the non- communication state to a switchboard in charge by a signal. SOLUTION: A charge recording sub-system 6 is used for recording the details of a call such as calling, incoming telephone number, time, and communicating time for calculating a communication fee from data. Then, the switchboard 3 inputs charge to a charge recorder 6, and processes the holding period as the non-communicating state period.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the priority connection system useful for long time connection in which dialing or call reception is not inhibited for both subscriber equipments being connected by utilizing suppression call connection so as to exchange the two subscriber's equipments for a long time with low priority. SOLUTION: An exchange system 2 uses a central station service unit (COSU) 46 references a contractor service profile.
