    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic closing device which can detect a foreign matter and prevent its insertion even in the case where the opening and closing moving speed of a moving body varies or the foreign matter is small. SOLUTION: This automatic slide door device 10 is equipped with a speed variation detecting element 108 for detecting the variation of a driving speed more than a specific value of a slide motor 88 and a pressure sensitive sensor 60 provided at the front end of a door panel, and the detection of a foreign matter is carried out using the pressure sensitive sensor 60 excepting a domain where the door panel slides at a fixed speed. Thus, the detection of the foreign matter becomes practicable in a domain where the detection of the foreign matter based on the detection of speed variation carried out by the speed variation detecting element 108 has been difficult. Since the detection of the foreign matter based on a speed variation except a domain where the door panel moves at a fixed speed is not carried out, the reference value of speed variation of the speed variation detecting element 108 on which the door panel is judged to be given a pressing reaction from the foreign matter in the domain where the door panel moves at a fixed speed can be set higher to increase sensibility.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver-fixing structure in a brushless motor, which can fix a resolver accurately, without applying excessive stresses. SOLUTION: A detection rotor 31 for a resolver 3 is attached to the rotary shaft 16 of the brushless motor 11. For a resinous locking member 51, a locking part 53 is made outward at the first end of a cylindrical part 52, and a flange part 54 is formed in the inside at the second end. Eight pieces of cutouts 57 are made on a circumference in the flange part 54, and the section between each cutout 57 and the next constitutes a flexible part 58. In the tiered recess 40 circular in cross section of an end plate 14, a locking member 51 is pressed by a specified quantity into the third recess 43, in a condition with the locking part 53 abutting against a annular face 44a of a fourth recess 44. The bent flexible part 58 presses and fixes an annular part 35 of a detection stator 32 of the resolver 30, which is stored in a second recess 42 of the recess 40 in the condition of its one part jutting out of the recess to the end plate 14 with specified pressure.
