    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily and surely repair and reinforce pipe line by a method wherein composite sheet is curled up intubular shape under the condition that woven fabric-like matter covered with sheet material faces outside and, at the same time, hermetic expansion tube is arranged inside the resultant tubular body so as to constitute the lining material concerned. CONSTITUTION:In lining material 1, in which composite material 2 is used, woven fabric-like matter 3 is continuously put over the whole periphery of the lining material 1. In addition, on one side of the woven fabric-like matter 3, a plurality of sheet materials are put side by side with one another in every direction. At the same time, overlapped parts 5 are formed at the terminals of respective sheet materials ajacent to one another. Further, the resultant composite sheet 2 is curled up in tubular shape under the condition that the woven fabric-like matter 3 faces outside. At the same time, an overlapped part 8 is formed by piling up both the side edges of the composite sheet shiftably. Inside the tubularly formed composite sheet 2, hermetic expansion tube 9 made of plastic or the like is arranged. At usage, after the lining material 1 under the state folded flat is drawn in pipe line, the expansion tube 9 is expanded, resulting in tubularly expanding the lining material 1 so as to bring it into tight contact with the inner surface of the pipe line.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a lining material of a conduit which dispenses with large extruding equipment corresponding to the diameter of the lining material in manufacturing the lining material by covering the whole outer peripheral surface of a fiber cylindrical body with a synthetic resin film and has a smooth inner face after lining without causing any problem for flowing of fluid.
SOLUTION: The fiber cylindrical body 1 is flatly folded and the synthetic resin film 3 is extruded through a T die 2 in succession and coated on both the flat surfaces 1a, 1b of the fiber cylindrical body 1 to form primary coating layers 5a, 5b. Then, the fiber cylindrical body 1 is flatly folded again so that the once edge part becomes substantially the center of the flat part, and the synthetic resin film 3 is extruded through the T die 2 in succession on both the flat surfaces of the fiber cylindrical body 1 so as to cover the spaces 1c, 1d between the primary coating layers 5a, 5b and so that both edges overlap with the primary coating layers 5a, 5b first to form the secondary coating layers 5c, 5d. As a result, the process, wherein the synthetic resin film is extruded through the T die and coated on the flat surface of the flatly folded fiber cylindrical body, is repeated to cover the whole surface of the fiber cylindrical body with the coating layer to obtain the lining material. Thus, only the extruding equipment of the T die is enough as the equipment for forming the coating layer on the fiber cylindrical body, which allows the lining material to be manufactured at a low cost regardless of the size of the diameter of the fiber cylindrical body.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a lining material having earthquake-proof properties, external pressure shape retention, pressure resistance and diameter expansibility by forming an airtight layer to the outer surface of an outside cylindrical fabric and fitting a cylindrical nonwoven fabric to the inside of the outside cylindrical fabric and fitting an inside cylindrical fabric to the inside of the cylindrical nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:A lining material is applied to the inner surface of a pipeline mainly embedded in the ground such as a gas conduit. In this case, the lining material is obtained by forming an airtight layer 3 composed of rubber or a synthetic resin to the outer surface of an outside cylindrical fabric 2 formed by weaving warp and weft yarns 5, 6 into a cylindrical shape and fitting a cylindrical nonwoven fabric 10 to the inside of the outside cylindrical fabric 2 and fitting an inside cylindrical fabric 4 obtained by weaving high rigidity warp and weft yarns 7, 8 into a cylindrical shape to the inside of the inside cylindrical fabric 4. The inside cylindrical fabric 4 is inserted in the outside cylindrical fabric 2 in a loosened state and loosened excessive length is pref. formed into a folded part 9 at a part. By this constitution, various characteristics required in the lining material are satisfied without making a lining layer thick.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent entering of water from the outside of a pipe line or a leak of a fluid into the pipe line, by a method wherein an inside tube is arranged on the inside of an SMC cylindrical composite, the outside of which is covered with cloth to which water-repellent processing is applied and a strong lining material is formed of the SMC even if a little water is in the pipe line. CONSTITUTION:An SMC cylindrical composite 3 arranged on the outside of a heat-resistant inside tube is obtained by impregnating a high-strength fiber with a curing resin solution having thickening properties. Since the surface of the cylindrical composite 3 is covered with cloth 4 and the cloth 4 is allowed to permeate through styrene steam to be generated at the time of curing of the SMC, it does not happen that the lining material 1 is softened by leaving the styrene within the SMC. The SMC cylindrical composite 3 consisting mainly of the lining material 1 is cured sufficiently and the lining material having high strength is obtained. Then since water-repellent processing is applied to the cloth 4, water does not obstruct curing reaction and cured sufficiently. Since water is prevented from entering into the cloth 4 from the outside even after cure, even if the cylindrical composite 3 is not dense sufficiently, outside water is not leaked out into the pipe line.
