摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the volume of a parting member to make it possible to be easily inserted in a space with low force and, then fill up the space sufficiently with the parting member by removing the reduced pressure to restore the volume of the parting member. CONSTITUTION:A parting member is so formed that a flexible bar-shaped sponge 14 is inserted in a flexible cylindrical body 15 having airtightness. A construction method of the parting member is such that pressure in the cylindrical body 15 of the parting member 13 is reduced to reduce its volume and that the parting member 13 is placed through a specific course along a space of a floor. After that, reduced pressure is released to restore the volume of the parting member 13 to stop up spaces.

摘要： PURPOSE:To constitute the title method so that friction is not generated between a lining material and a pipe line, by a method wherein the lining material is pulled into the pipe line under a state where the lining material is put on an upper beltlike matter and a load to be required for that pulling-in is born wholly by the beltlike matter. CONSTITUTION:A lining material 9 is constituted so that the tip part of the same is put on an upper beltlike matter 4a, a rear part of the same comes out of a manhole 2 and is veered out of a veering machine. A lower beltlike matter 4b is fixed by suspending rotation of a wind-up machine 7 under this state, the upper beltlike matter 4a is made veerable by making a wind-up machine 6 turnable and a rotary roller 5 is pulled leftward with a traction rope 8 under this state. With this construction, a beltlike matter 4 is pulled into a pipe line 1 while the upper beltlike matter 4a is being veered from the wind-up machine 6 while inverting the beltlike matter 4 by turning the rotary roller 5 so that the upper side becomes the lower side. The upper beltlike matter 4a is moved leftward in an illustration at a speed of two times as fast as advancing speed of the rotary roller 5. The lining material 9 supported above the upper beltlike matter is pulled into the pipe line 1 and the tip of the lining material 9 is caused to arrive at the left side of the pipe line 1 at almost the same time as the rotary roller 5.

At the side edges of the sheets, the adjacent sheets 2 are alternately bonded to form a block 3 of a state where a wide long sheet 1 is folded in zigzag. The block 3 is submerged at the bottom to be dredged. At the bottom, the block 3 is developed into the flat sheet 1 to cover the sludge 7. The sludge 7 under the sheet 1 is sucked and removed while being stirred.
