摘要： PURPOSE:To achieve a higher durability of parts of a bending device while improving operability with a bending manipulation force being not so large by retaining both ends of a manipulating wire near the tip of a bending section and on a manipulator so that a manipulating wire is not pulled. CONSTITUTION:A manipulating section 3 is provided with a bending manipulator 30 for bending manipulation. A manipulating wire 24 and a tracting wire 33 are connected to a slack remover 35 to absorb slacking of the manipulating wire 24 on the slacking side. The slack remover 35 is made up of an outer cylinder 36 and a play piece 37 playable in the outer cylinder 36. Then, the tracting wire 33 is fastened on the outer cylinder 36 and the manipulating wire 24 is fastened on the play piece 37. In assembling, the play piece 37 is kept playing in the outer cylinder 36 with a bending part 11 and a flexible tube 10 both unstraight and hence, in the connecting of the manipulating wire 24, no tension works on the wire 24. This can reduce a tension working on the manipulating wire 24 at actual use significantly.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ocular optical system made compact when a telescope and binoculars are not used in spite of its employing a Porro type image inversion optical system. SOLUTION: A pair of ocular optical systems 1a and 1b is provided with the image inversion optical systems (Porro I type) 2a and 2b constituted so that the cross line of the respective extension surfaces of a 1st reflection surface 3 and 2nd reflection surfaces 4a and 4b forming a right angle with the reflection surface 3 and the cross line of the respective extension surfaces of 3rd reflection surfaces 5a and 5b and 4th reflection surfaces 6a and 6b forming a right angle with the reflection surfaces 5a and 5b are arranged at a position where they are distorted and the reflection surfaces 4a and 4b become adjacent within an identical plane surface. Then, a real image formed by objective optical systems 7a and 7b arranged between the 1st reflection surface 3 and the 2nd reflection surfaces 4a and 4b is enlarged and observed through eyepiece optical systems 8a and 8b arranged behind the 4th reflection surfaces 6a and 6b. The 1st reflection surface 3 is formed as one reflection mirror being common to both optical systems 1a and 1b and held so that it can be tilted with respect to the 2nd reflection surfaces 4a and 4b.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the openings of visual field frames incorporated into respective eyepiece parts in a fixed state being symmetrical with respect to right and left in the case of adjusting an eye width in rocking binoculars. SOLUTION: These binoculars are provided with an attitude controlling mechanism 22 for positioning the center line 1804A of the openings 1804 of visual field frames 18 incorporated into right and left binocular barrels 14 always on one straight line L. The mechanism 22 consists of first and second rotation mechanisms 28 and 32. The mechanism 28 consists of the gear 26 of a central frame 16 and the gear part 2402 of the arm 24 of the barrels 14, and the right and left barrels 14 are rocked in mutually opposite directions at an equal angle and with a rocking axis 20 as a center. The mechanism 32 comprises the gear part 1604 of the frame 16, the gear parts 1806 of the frames 18 and a gear mechanism 30 for connecting these gear parts, and the frames 18 are rotated on the barrels 14 at an angle equal to a rocking angle of the barrels 14 with respect to the axis 20 in a direction opposite to it and with emitting optical axes 14C as a center.
