    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an opening-closing device for construction so that the effective frontage height of an opening part becomes high, in an overhead type opening-closing device.
      SOLUTION: An upper edge part of the opening part is provided with a fixed sheathing 8 for covering a horizontal part 5b of a guide rail 5, and a movable sheathing 9 for operating opening-closing of a lower part of the fixed sheathing 8, by interlocking with opening-closing operation of a panel body 3 positioned on the lowest end. Clearance caused by an error in an opening part dimension of a door body 1, can be covered with a cover, by closing the movable sheathing 9 in response to becoming of a full closure attitude of the door body 1, while largely securing the frontage height of the opening part, by opening the movable sheathing 9 in response to becoming of a full opening attitude of the door body 1.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize shutter curtains to perform winding and rewinding operation by hanging shutter curtains on winding drums through a pair of belt shaped hanging spring bodies connected to both right and left ends of the winding start ends of them. CONSTITUTION:Shutter curtains 5a-5c wound on take-up shafts 7a-7c are incorporated into a cupboard section 6 formed to the underside of an opening of a building. Winding drums 10... and an opening and shutting machine 11 to forward and reverse them are incorporated into a roof section 4 formed on the upper side of the opening. The shutter curtains 5a-5c are hung on the winding drum 10... through each pair of belt shaped hanging spring bodies 9... connected to both right and left ends of the winding start ends of them. In addition, guide rails 13... to guide both right and left ends of the shutter curtains 5a-5c are erected to right and left mullions 12 of the opening. According to the constitution, a state of single inclination of the shutter curtains 5a-5c is eliminated, and they can be stably operated.

    • PURPOSE:To rationalize execution of work in site and provide fireproofness to roof decking by a method wherein processes for building a roof deck in which roof decking materials including sheathing roof boards, rafters, purlines and others are normally assembled one after another are mechanized and the roof decking materials are made up in a panel structure formed of frames. CONSTITUTION:A unitized panel 10 is constructed of a quadrilateral frame 30 serving as a structural body, a face panel 40 serving as a sheathing roof board and fixed to the surface on one side of the frame and a waterproof sheet 50 affixed to the surface of the face panel. The frame 30 is formed of vertical frames 31 and upper and lower frames 32 in a rectangular shape, and the face panel 40 is fixed so that edges 41 thereof can protrude outward beryond the periphery of the frame 30. A joiner 43 in an upside-down T shape is inserted from the underside into a connecting part in which the adjoining face panels 40 are butting each other at their ends, and the adjoining waterproof sheets 50 are overlapped (511 at their ends and joined together over the connecting part. One of four corners of the panel 10 is supported with a fixing plate 22 that is provided over the upper end of a column 20.
