摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to keep a rear door open and release the door in one touch motion. CONSTITUTION:A stay 4, which turns, responding to the opening/closing of a rear door 2, is installed in which one end of the stay 4 is pivoted to the side of a pivot of a rear door 2 which is pivoted to an opening on the rear part of a chassis 1 on both ways in such a fashion that it may be opened freely while the other end of the stay 4 is pivoted to a chassis on a pivot side of the rear door 2 and one pivot part of the rear door 2 is designed to consist of a pivot pin 6 which is installed to the side of the stay 4 and a guide member 7 which allows the movement of the pivot pin 6, responding to the opening/ closing of the rear door 2. A lock device is installed to the guide member 7 where the lock device is engaged with the pivot pin 6 during the maximum opening of the rear door 2 and regulates the movement of the pivot pin 6 whose engaged state is held with a holding member 10. The lock/release of the lock device is carried out by holding/releasing of the holding member 10 by means of a remote control device.
