    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley unit capable of preventing any separation when given strong shock and preventing the pulley unit from dropping out of a mounted member after mounting.
      SOLUTION: The pulley unit is provided with a long cylindrical shaft member 2 made of a resin material, and a resin pulley 1 rotatably assembled on the shaft member 2, and the shaft member 2 and the pulley 1 are integrally formed. A contraction rate of resin forming the shaft member 2 is greater than that of a contraction rate of resin forming the pulley 1. The shaft member 2 comprises a pulley retaining portion 21 retaining the pulley 1 in a rotatable state, a mounting portion 22 mounting on the mounted member 4, and a shaft hole 25 passing through the pulley retaining portion 21 and the mounting portion 22. At least a pair of a locking pawls 27 locking the shaft member 2 against the mounted member 4 are arranged on the mounting portion 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt capable of maintaining an attitude of the same and fastening the same appropriately without generating trouble in fastening such as seizure even if the bolt is obliquely screwed in a nut. SOLUTION: The bolt includes a head part and a shaft part extending out from the head part. The shaft part includes a first fixed diameter column shaped part, a transition part, a column shaped connecting part, and a second fixed diameter column shaped part. The first fixed diameter column shaped part has a fixed first diameter along an axial direction and has thread ridges of a designated pitch formed on a side surface. The transition part has a tapered shape of which diameter gradually reduces as it separates from the head part along the axial direction, coaxially projects from a tip of the first fixed diameter column shaped part, and has thread ridges of a designated pitch formed on a side surface. The column shaped connecting part has a diameter smaller than the first diameter along the axial direction and coaxially projects from a tip of the transition part. The second fixed diameter column shaped part has a fixed second diameter smaller than the first diameter along the axial direction, coaxially projects from a tip of the column shaped connecting part, and has thread ridges of the designated pitch formed on a side surface. SOLUTION: A screw part 4b provided with a screw groove on an inner circumferential surface is formed between one end surface of a welding side 10 of a screw hole 4 and an intermediate part, a part 4C having a diameter larger than that of the screw part 4b is formed between the intermediate part and the other end surface 1b, a cover 2 having at least three or more radial slits 2c from a center toward an outer periphery is broken from the slits 2c by inserting a screw, and is stored in the large diameter part 4c, and thereby, a workability is improved without impeding the cover 2 broken when a bolt is fastened from an end surface opposed to one end surface of a welding side while protecting the screw hole 4 from an outside foreign matter by the cover 2 before fastening. Since a tool for fastening a screw from the other end surface opposed to the welding side 1a can be utilized with its state in this structure, the number of parts can be reduced in case of every use.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip grommet optimal to a driving device by suspending plural expandable legs from a head part of flanges, and arranging multiple grommet bodies, which are respectively formed with a vis hole, in the head part of the flanges, and continuously sticking multiple grommets in a strip sheet, which is provided with vis insertion holes corresponding to the vis holes, at each sticking part. SOLUTION: A tough strip sheet 1, which is integrally formed with a grommet body 4 at each sticking part 10, is fed out by a driving device, and the grommet body 4 is installed in a fitting hole position, and the grommet body 4 is separated from the strip sheet 1 with a cutting interval 9. The grommet body 4 is inserted into the fitting hole till a head part 5 of a flange of the grommet body 4 abuts on the fitting surface, and temporarily locked. Parts are arranged on the grommet body 4, and a fitting vis is screwed into the vis hole 7 of the grommet body 4 through the vis insertion holes 2 of the strip sheet 1 through a vis hole of a part, legs 6 of the grommet body 4 are expanded and opened, and the gronmtet body 4 is fixed with the parts. Similar operation is repeated, and the grommets can be efficiently and continuously fitted.
