Then at least one of both media of the card 25 is punched by a punching means 103 based on the detecting signals outputted from a card position detecting means 70 and a revolution detecting means 84 when the card 25 is carried up to a desired position by a control means 101.

Nextly, the motor is driven by a.c. signals of such a frequency as corresponds to the new voltage data D+A (t-T). Then, the two cycles 't' and 'T' are compared with each other.
