CONSTITUTION: One pair of rollers 67, 68 one end side of which is supported on the front side of an enclosure 22 and which are arranged in a state that they are separated in the transverse direction in a direction at right angles to the front of the enclosure 22 and a conveyor which is composed of a conveyance belt 69 stretched across the rollers are arranged under a plurality of metering hoppers which are supported in the transverse direction along the front 22b of the enclosure 22. The roller 68 on one side of the conveyor is supported so as to be freely rotatable on the other end side of an arm body 79 which is attached to a support shaft 78 which is protrusion- installed on the front of an enclosure 20. When an extension part 81a for the arm body 79 is fixed to a position coming into contact with a stopper 84 by operating a fixation mechanism, the conveyance belt 69 is set to a moderately stretched state. When its fixation is released and the arm body 79 is turned, the conveyance belt 69 is loosened, and the conveyance belt 69 can be pulled out to the front.

    • PURPOSE:To enable bar codes with a predetermined line width to be printed under a wide range of temperature variations, by a method wherein a heating pulse is split, the pulse width of each heating pulse is varied depending on variations in temperature, and the pulse-outputting time is shortened with the lapse of printing time. CONSTITUTION:A gate circuit is provided on the output side of a pulse-generating circuit, and pulse trains S1 (a high temperature time pulse train S1H, an intermediate temperature time pulse train S1I, a low temperature time pulse train S1L) are supplied to one input side of the gate circuit. In this case, a gate-controlling signal for shortening the gate-opening time with the lapse of code printing time is supplied to the other input side of the gate circuit. As a result, heating pulse trains S2 (a high temperature time heating pulse train S2H, an intermediate temperature time heating pulse train S2I, a low temperature time heating pulse train S2L) obtained by cutting off the pulse trains S1 for a period of time T proportional to the bar printing time regardlessly of temperature variations are outputted from the gate circuit, and are impressed on desired heating elements in a thermal head to generate heat, thereby printing bar codes on a printing sheet such as a thermal recording paper and an ordinary paper.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cylindrical timing hoppers 50 in which objects, to be metered, discharged from a plurality of cylindrical metering hoppers 35 are housed are arranged under the respective metering hoppers 35 which are arranged in the transverse direction. Conveyors 65, 66 are arranged under the plurality of timing hoppers 50 in such a way that a conveyance direction agrees with their arrangement direction. Out of the plurality of timing hoppers 50, the timing hoppers 50 which have received the objects, to be metered, from the metering hoppers 35 are opened and shut sequentially from those at a distance from a gathering chute 80. The objects, to be metered, inside the respective timing hoppers are discharged in such a way that they are concentrated in nearly identical positions on the conveyors. When the objects, to be metered, which have become one group are passed under the timing hopper 50 which is nearest to the gathering chute 80, objects to be metered next are discharged to the timing hoppers 50 from the metering hoppers 35, and they are discharged sequentially to the respective conveyors.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a precision metering apparatus of a simple structure, which requires no cleaning inside. CONSTITUTION: The mounting side of a load cell 2 is attached to a base body 1. A cylindrical member 3 is which a reception port receiving an object to be metered is provided at the upper part and in which a discharge port discharging the object to be metered is provided at the lower part is attached to the load side of the load cell 2. In addition, an opening and shutting member 4 which opens and shuts the discharge port and an air cylinder 5 by which a piston 11 to actuate the opening and shutting member 4 is driven in the horizontal direction are attached to the load side of the load cell 2 in the same manner as the cylindrical member 3. Flexible tubes 6, 7 are connected nearly in the horizontal direction as a whole in order to supply and discharge the air between the base body 1 and the air cylinder 5. An evacuation device 24 by which the discharged air from the air cylinder 5 is discharged to the outside of the base body 1 is installed.

    • PURPOSE:To print while constantly maintaining the printing position of a thermal head and a platen in an appropriate positional relationship and ensure high-accuracy printing, by supporting the thermal head through a movable intermediate plate so that the head can be moved relative to a head support frame, and engaging a thermal head position adjusting body (which is fitted to the intermediate plate or the thermal head) to a platen shaft. CONSTITUTION:When designing, the center line of a U-shaped notched part 37a of a thermal head position adjusting body 37 is set to be located on a line passing through the printing position of a thermal head 33. Therefore, even when a platen 36 is shifted in a horizontal direction, the head 33 is followingly moved together with the position-adjusting body 37, so that the printing position of the head 33 can be located on a line normal to the platen 36. Accordingly, even when vibration or the like is generated in operation of the device, a printing operation can be performed while maintaining the thermal head 33 and the platen 36 in an appropriate positional relationship, and clear printing can be performed with high accuracy.
