    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of positioning of a labeling device relative to an object to be labeled by providing a means of drive control whereby a conveyor can be stopped in such a manner as to bring the labeling position of the object to the path of the movement of the labeling center of the labeling device, which is provided near the conveyor and capable of being moved in adjusting its position in the directions perpendicular to the direction in which the object of labeling is conveyed. CONSTITUTION:After conversion of its direction, a package 42 proceeds to a conveyor 3. A phototube switch 13 detects the package 42 and, after a fixed period of time, the package 42 is brought to a stop at a specified stopping position under the control of a CPU. One side of the package 42 at rest coincides with the extension 6a of the line connecting each of the stoppers 6 in a package conveyance direction-converting device 2, since the package is guided by the stoppers 6 to the conveyor. This extension 6a forms a basis in positioning the package 42 with respect to the directions B which are perpendicular to the direction A of the conveyance. The labeling position 42a on the package 42 at rest is brought to the locus C of the movement of the labeling center 18b of a labeling device 18 and directly under the labeling center 18b. The labeling device 18 then attaches a lavel to teh package 42 precisely at the labeling position 42a under the control of the CPU.

    • PURPOSE:To securely carry out labeling, by deciding the position to bond a label to an article and providing an indicator 9 to control the drive of a packer and a labeling device. CONSTITUTION:When a fitting position in the crossing direction against the transfer direction of articles by an indicator 9 is decided, an operation means calculates pitch numbers for an actual movement of a movable base 3c and transfers a labeling device 3 to its applying position. Next, when a sensor 4a detects a tray 10 after an article is fed, the indicator 9 forces a feeder 4 to transfer the article to a rising mechanism 5. As soon as the rising mechanism 5 moves up, the article is packed and at the rised position thereof, the article is discharged on a transfer means 8 by actuation of a discharger 7. In the meanwhile the label 11 is issued with print and waits at a required position in the labeling device 3. Next the article is detected by a sensor 8d, the indicator 9 stops the transfer means 8 after the time; t and the label 11 is bonded on the article. Accordingly labeling position on articles can be decided optionally and also labeling can be securely carried out.

    • PURPOSE:To make the preparation of a mechanism for preventing the generation of sag at the time of returning a sent label unnecessary by adjusting the sensitivity of a projector during the repeat of sending/returning of the label. CONSTITUTION:When a sensitivity setting mode is specified by an input opera tion part 11, the label transfer of a feeding/returning control means 30 is started after resetting or initializing respective parts and the level decision of a level deciding means 25 is started. When a labeling pitch is transferred or an inter- label gas is detected, the label transfer is stopped, and when the level does not coincide with the contents of a reference value memory 26 as the decided result of the means 25, the resistance value of an emitter resistor is changed by a sensitivity changing means 27. When continuous coincidence less than N times is obtained, a label transfer direction is inverted, and when the level coincides with the reference value continuously N times, the obtained sensitivity resistance value is set up as a constant value.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce burden on software and CPU by using compulsory coincidence when a counter value coincides with a preset value and when the counter value comes to 'FF'. CONSTITUTION:When a start signal is supplied from an external part to a counter part 7, the counter part 7 outputs a signal corresponding to the count value of a clock signal. A register part 8 outputs an inverse signal based on the preset value which is set in accordance with the pulse width of an output signal. A NOR circuit 10 compares the output of the counter part 7 with the inverse signal of the register part 8. When the counter value coincides with the preset value based on compared results for respective bits, a coincidence signal is outputted. The coincidence signal is fed back and inputted to the counter part 7, and the coincident state of the output is held while a new start signal is inputted to the counter part 7. Thus, burden on the operation of CPU can be reduced and the number of cells in a gate circuit can be reduced so as to simplify circuit constitution.

A shift register 5 and a latch circuit 6 are provided thereto. An element control part 4 is equipped with a combining operation part 7 and a gate circuit 8. The combining operation part 7 performs combining operation of a data becoming this time printing subject which is stored in the latch circuit 6 and data of respective latch circuit 6 being the data before, after, and around said data based on a data operational pulse P to be inputted from outside. The gate circuit 8 varies a pulse width of a strobe signal S based thereon to be applied to the elements 2a-2h, and electrification is performed.
