    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembly work of press manipulator without increasing the number of parts by providing a notched lock part installed on a reset shaft and a stopping hole part provided on a holder. SOLUTION: On the side of gauge frame, a press manipulator 13 is assembled while facing an operating arm position and a display ring is returned to zero by turning a reset member through an operating arm by this press manipulator 13. Concerning the press manipulator 13 for reset counter, a notched lock part 19 notched on a flat face is formed on a reset shaft 15 for controlling the rotation of reset shaft 15 when screwing and fixing an operating button 18 on the reset shaft 15 and corresponding to the cross-sectional form of this notched lock part 19, the anti-turn hole parts are installed on respective holders 14A and 14B. Thus, an operating shaft 15 is prevented from being turned by bind action and the operating button 18 can be easily screwed and fixed on the reset shaft 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reset counter which never has its zero-return mechanism damaged even when a knob for zero-return operation is rotated by an unnecessarily strong turning force. SOLUTION: The zero-return operation knob 14 of the reset counter is equipped internally with an intermediate coupling part consisting of a knob part 16 and a knob shaft 17. The knob part 16 has a hole 21 on the bottom in a recessed part 19 and the knob shaft 17 is equipped with a spring piece 24 having a projection 25 conforming with the hole 21. When the zero-return operation knob 14 is rotated, the knob shaft 17 of the intermediate coupling part rotates together with the knob part 16 while the hole 21 and projection 25 engage each other by the elasticity of the spring piece 24 to place the reset counter in zero-return operation through a fitting part 13. When an excessive turning force or reverse turning force is received, the spring piece 24 deflects to disengage the hole 21 and projection 25 from each other and only the knob part 16 idles, so that the turning force is not transmitted to the knob shaft 17.
