    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the assembling work of a wet disk brake in a short time.
      SOLUTION: A wet disk brake assembling jig 1 is inserted inside disks 23 to 25 at a rotational side, a first stationary side, and a second stationary side after assembling a wet disk brake body 19. In this jig 1, a large diameter cylinder 3 and a plurality of outwardly directed protrusions 4 that protrude to the outside of a radial direction are formed at the one-end side of a small diameter cylinder 2. The respective disks 23 to 25 are friction-engaged with one another in a state that male splined parts 11 of engaging pieces 10, 10 arranged at the outside of the radial direction of the outwardly directed protrusions 4, and female splined parts 51, 51 of the rotational side disks 23, 23 are spline-engaged with each other while the large diameter cylinder 3 is internally fit into a penetration hole 29 of a brake cover 21. After drawing out the jig 1, the end of a brake hub with the splined parts formed on its external peripheral surface is inserted inside the disks 23 to 25.

SOLUTION: When a lever 15 is turned on a shaft portion 13 by advancing or receding a regulating bolt 19 with respect to a projecting portion 18 by turning the regulating bolt 19 about its axis, the shaft portion 13 of an adjusting member is turned together with the lever 15, and the gap between the disk and the piston is adjusted. After adjusting the gap, the advanced or receded position of the regulating bolt 19 with respect to the projecting portion 18 is locked by fastening the regulating bolt 19 by means of a lock nut 20 and the screw hole of the projecting portion 18, and also the angular position of the lever 15 is locked by connecting a fixing bolt 16 to the threaded hole of a second housing section B.
