摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily judge that a lining reaches its allowable wear limit from the outside of a disk brake device by fitting a lining wear detecting device. SOLUTION: In a lining wear detecting device, detection pins 24 of the same material as that of a lining material are implanted on each end part in the longitudinal direction of a lining fitting plate 16, and a through hole 26 is provided in the detection pin 24. The lining fitting plate 16 is provided with a spring fixing rivet 22 to turnably hold a V-shaped spring 18 and an inflection point part of the spring 18, and a display board 20 is provided on an outer end part of the spring 18. The end part of the spring 18 is pulled toward the detection pin 24, and a wire 28 is passed through the through hole 26 and fixed thereto. When the wear of the lining 11 reaches its limit, a wire 28 is detached from the through hole 26 in the detection pin 24, and the end part of the spring 18 is exposed outside of the outer edge of the lining fitting plate 16 by the releasing force. The display board 20 provided on the end part of the spring 18 is also exposed out of the outer edge of the lining fitting plate 16, enabling to know the replacement timing due to the wear of the lining 11.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost and shorten the assembling work to a carriage frame by using a connecting plate which is connected to the base part of a caliper body and the carriage frame and functions as a leaf spring elastic in the rotor shaft direction in a caliber connecting means. SOLUTION: A connecting flange 32d used for connecting a caliper body 32 to a carriage frame 34 is projectedly provided in the base part of the caliper body 32. A connecting flange 34a for connecting the caliper body 32 is projectedly provided in the carriage frame 34. The caliper connecting means 36 is a connecting plate which has one end connected to the connecting flange 32d in the base part of the caliper body 32 and the other end connected to the connecting flange 34a in the base part of the carriage frame 34. The connecting plate 36 is used with its surface set vertically so as to be functioned as the leaf spring whose one end side can elastically displace in the rotor shaft direction. This constitution can reduce the number of components and the assembling manhour so as to reduce the manufacturing cost and shorten the time for assembling it to the carriage frame 34.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a caliper braking device, suitable for work of pulling out a brake shoe to be mounted in the arm. SOLUTION: A brake shoe 70 to be installed on an arm of a main body 10 of a caliper brake is inserted from the lower side of the arm toward upward in the vertical direction, and is fixed with a lower portion anchor block. When the brake shoe maintained with a dovetail groove related to the arm, it is pulled out downwardly by its own gravity with removal of the lower portion anchor block. Contrary, when it is fixed by heat deformation or the like, a pulling out device 200 is hung on a hole 78 of the brake shoe 70 by using a hook 214. Then the brake shoe is pulled by impacting on a stopper member 230 by a weight 220.
