SOLUTION: A pulse tube refrigerating machine 10 comprises a high pressure buffer tank 13 having the substantially highest pressure Ph and a low pressure buffer tank 14 having the substantially lowest pressure P1 which are respectively connected to a high temperature heat exchanger 35 through a buffer side rotary valve 15. The high pressure buffer tank 13 is divided into a first chamber 13a communicating with the high pressure port 15a of the buffer side rotary valve 15 and a second chamber 13b shut off from the high pressure port 15a through a diaphragm 46. The low pressure buffer tank 14 is divided into a first chamber 14a communicating with the low pressure port 15b of the buffer side rotary valve 15 and a second chamber 14b shut off from the low pressure port 15b by a diapbragm 51. The diaphragms 46 and 51 suppress the pressure change of the first chambers 13a and 14a in accordance with differential pressure generated between the first chambers 13a and 14a and the second chambers 13b and 14b.

    • PURPOSE:To make decompression operation in a pressure reducing piston performable even in time of trouble happening in a pump, by energizing the pressure reducing piston to the master cylinder hydraulic pressure side with a spring all the time. CONSTITUTION:A pressure reducing piston 101 of an actuator 100 is always energized to the hydraulic pressure side of a cut valve 104 or a master cylinder. Each pressure reducing piston of other actuators 200 and 300 is also energized in the same manner. And, when a computer 21 perceives a skid state, a motor 23 rotates whereby a pump 24 is driven, and hydraulic pressure is fed to a power circuit 22. Each of solenoid valves 120 and 121 is controlled for their opening or closing whereby decompression and reapplication of pressure of braking pressure are controlled. And, sufficient high pressure is not produced in the power circuit 22 till the pump reaches a steady discharge state, but the pressure reducing piston 101 is situated in a normally preparatory position with energizing force of the spring 120 so that decompression is made possible even when the pump is before the steady discarge state or it is out of order.

    • PURPOSE:To make decompression operation performable from time of antiskid starting, by setting a booster piston of a regulator down to a stepped one, and leading master cylinder hydraulic pressure into the large diametral side and power hydraulic pressure into the small diametral side, respectively, while installing a pressure regulating valve in the said piston as a built-in element. CONSTITUTION:Each of stepped booster pistons 401 and 402 is installed in position between a power circuit 22 and a master circuit 16a. Master hydraulic pressure is led into a chamber 400a at the large diametral side of the said booster pistons while power pressure into a chamber 400b at the samll diametral side, respectively. An intermediate chamber 400c is formed in position between the large diametral side and the small diametral side, and the said intermediate chamber 400c is conducted to a reservoir 15. In addition, each of pressure regulating valve gears 406 and 408 formed in the small diametral side, interconnecting these chambers 400b and 400c is installed there. Therefore, even if a pump drives and fails to reach a steady discharge state, high pressure is produced in the circuit 22 owing to left movement of the booster piston receiving the master cylinder hydraulic pressure. In consequence, a pressure reducing piston 101 and the like stand ready for conformity as antiskid operation.

At the above-mentioned, two check valves 41 and 43 are interposingly installed between the pump 24 and the power circuit 22 whereby what we call a one-way seal function is made so as to be securable with almost no influence of pulsation in the pump 24.
