摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a pulse tube refrigerator of a cooling device from damage by vibration even if the pulse tube refrigerator is used under large vibration, and enable use of the pulse tube refrigerator of the cooling device under large vibration, for example, in a superconductive magnet device of a magnetically levitated vehicle. SOLUTION: The cooling device is so constructed that, in the pulse tube refrigerator of multistage expansion having a compressor 1 as a pressure source, a first and a second regenerator 5 and 7, a first and a second pulse tube 9 and 14, and a first and a second cold heat recovering heat exchanger 8 and 12 for cold heat recovery, the first cold heat recovering heat exchanger 8 is disposed at a cold end 9b of the first pulse tube 9 on a hot side, and the second cold heat recovering heat exchanger 12 is disposed at a cold end 7b of the second regenerator 7.

SOLUTION: A cryogenic vessel is provided with a pulse pipe refrigerating machine A having a pressure source 1, cold storage tank 6, condenser 7, pulse pipe 9, radiator 10, and phasing device 12 and a reservoir 21 fixed to a vacuum tank 31 through heat insulating supporting means 36 and 37. In the vessel, the condenser 7 is provided in the gaseous phase section 21a of the reservoir 21 in a state where the condenser 7 is stuck to the low-temperature end 6b of the cold storage tank 6 and the pulse pipe 9 is arranged in the liquid phase section 21b of the reservoir 21 in a state where the high-temperature side end of the pipe 9 is stuck to the vacuum tank 31 and the low-temperature side end 9b of the pipe 9 is positioned on the downside. In addition, the low- temperature side 9b of the pipe 9 is set up in the vacuum tank 31 provided on the outside of the reservoir 21 and is made to communicate with the condenser 7 through a pipeline 8.

Since communicating relation to the medium pressure tank 5 is thereby cut off, helium into the Joule-Thomson circuit 3 does not disappear from the safety valve 32 and consumption of helium can be eliminated.

However, since use of only ceramic layer 4a of the silicon carbide group makes difficult application into the heat shielding plate 4 in various shapes, such ceramic layer 4a of the silicon carbide group is bonded to a metal structure material layer 4b with a bonding agent layer 4c.

Hereby, it becomes a parallel circuit in view of an electric circuit, and the joule heat generation value in the contact part can be made small, and besides the switching speed can be quickened.
