    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form a normal coating film free of discoloration by chemically forming an anodically oxidized film on the surface of an aluminum alloy, electrically preparing the micropore structure of the film, depositing metal ions on the bottoms of micropores, neutralizing the inside of the micropores and subjecting the surface to cation electrodeposition coating by cathode deposition type acrylic resin coating. SOLUTION: The stage yields the oxidized film by an anodic oxidation treatment with DC or pulse waveforms by an aqueous solution containing at least >=1 kind of selected sulfuric acid, oxalic acid, chromic acid, phosphoric acid and aromatic sulfonic acid and executes an AC electrolysis with the same aqueous solution at lower voltage. In succession, the alloy is subjected to the AC electrolysis with the aqueous solution containing >=1 kind of Sn, Co, Ni, Cu and Fe, then to the AC electrolysis with the aqueous solution containing at least >=1 kind of ammonium acetate and ammonium sulfate. Finally, the aluminum alloy side is subjected to the DC electrolysis with the aqueous solution containing a cathode deposition type acrylic resin. The transparent coating film which maintains the color tones of multicolor electrolytic coloration and has excellent quality may be formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the shaping stage in the production of a preform because water is not used to shape a mixture by mixing an inorg. reinforcement such as inorg. fiber and a thermosetting resin, pressing the mixture in a die to form a shaped body and heating the shaped body to remove the resin. SOLUTION: An inorg. fiber of alumina, etc., or the inorg. grain of such a ceramic as metal oxide is used as an inorg. reinforcement. A phnolic resin, etc., are appropriately used as the thermosetting resin. The reinforcement and resin are sufficiently mixed, and the resin is melted and cured in a die to obtain a shaped body. The shaped body is heated in the subsequent stage, and the resin is pyrolyzed and removed from the shaped body. The heating temp. is controlled to >=600 deg.C at which the resin is carbonized. As a result, a void is formed in the subsequent stage at the traces of the removed resin, and a perform having the voids sufficient for a molten metallic matrix to infiltrate is formed.

    • PURPOSE:To improve fuel consumption and to reduce a harmful substance by forming a porous resin layer in a surface of a fuel delivery pipe main unit made of metal, and decreasing heat conductivity from the ambient temperature to fuel of passing the pipe main unit in a surface thereof, so as to reduce a vaporized amount of fuel. CONSTITUTION:In a fuel delivery pipe 1, a boss part for inserting a fuel injection valve is formed in the peripheral part of a pipe main unit 2 made of metal. Here in a surface of the pipe main unit 2, a porous resin layer 3 is formed. In the resin layer 3, a mixture, for instance, of respectively liquid state nitroparaffin (main agent), isocyanate (hardening agent) and tertiary amine (catalyst) is applied and left for a prescribed time, to make nitroparaffin react with isocyanate, to produce carbon dioxide, and also forming porous resin produced and solidified by foaming carbon dioxide. In this way, heat conductivity 6 from the atomspheric temperature 4 in a surface of the pipe main unit 2 to fuel 5 of passing the pipe main unit 2 is decreased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a uniform plating film with a high speed plating method by arranging a substrate to be plated in the vicinity of the electrode holes of a shielding jig and executing plating. SOLUTION: In a plating bathtub (a), in such a manner that a substrate (c) to be plated is always brought into contact with plating of a prescribed concn., its circumference is surrounded by a shielding jig (d), and, from the lower direction, a plating soln. of a prescribed concn. is poured and sprayed. An electrode 2 is arranged at the outside of the shielding jig (d), and electrode holes 4 of hole size so as to be capable of controlling the current density are provided by at least two places at the positions in which the substrate (c) to be plated is restrained, by which the current density around the substrate (c) to be plated can be uniformized. Moreover, as to the substrate (c) to be plated, by rotating a holding tool 3 thereof at a constant speed, the circumferenital current density of the substrate (c) to be plated and the concn. of the plating soln. are made uniform, and plating can be executed. In this way, the phenomenon that the electric current is concentrated on the upper and lower edge parts of the substrate (c) to be plated, and the plating film is partially thickened, can be prevented.
