摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a human phantom which is suitable for training to learn doctor's skill, etc., in a field, such as diagnosis and surgery using an endoscope, where high skill is needed by using the materials having the mechano-dynamical characteristics approximating those of the human body. SOLUTION: Not only model materials are approximated in modulus of elasticity, surface colors, viscosity, etc., to a living body but also the structure compounded by using the plural materials for matching its characteristics more exactly to the mechanical characteristics of the human body than the internal structure is adopted, in order to enable a person who trains the manipulation of the endoscope to have the feeling of the taction sensation analogous with that of the actual living body. For example, the human body model 101 consists of a skeletal section 102 and a nasal cavity section 103. The skeletal section 102 is formed of silicone rubber colored to, for example, a mucous membrane color and is provided with hardness resembling the hardness of the actual human body. If a blank having an adequate X-ray absorptivity is used for the human body model 101, the image pickup by an X-ray CT is made possible. If, for example, barium sulfate is mixed into the nasal cavity section 103, the photographing of a cross sectional view becomes possible.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain more natural deformation by calculating a new shape definition parameter for defining an infinitesimal segment provided with a crossing point when a cursor crosses it, regenerating a shape from the parameter and performing deformation input operation of a free shape and to smoothly deform entire curves by moving plural control points. CONSTITUTION:A converter connected to a CPU is constituted of a microcomputer programmed beforehand so as to calculate the shape definition parameters of a new control point string or the like from the position coordinates of the cursor supplied through a signal line from the CPU through a signal line. The condition data of the calculation of the control point string or the like are supplied from the CPU and a calculated result is sent to the CPU. Then, at the time of operating the free shape expressed by the shape definition parameter, the curve on a display is directly operated by an input device such as a mouse or the like and since the curve is newly generated from the manipulated quantity so that natural deformation operation is enabled while holding the advantage of a control point system.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make complementable even an image, which is out of a view at present, with a reproduced image by storing an image showing the outer frame of a still picture at plural time points, and preparing a memory reproduced image while using that outer peripheral image. SOLUTION: An image input processing part 104 stores the outer peripheral part of image from an image input device 101 while time sequentially transferring it as (n) pieces of memory pixel streams to an image storage device 103 together with the count value of a timing control part 102. Next, the storage device 103 reads out the memory pixel streams retroactively for (m) pieces and transfers them to a reproducing image preparing part 105 on the basis of a command from a memory reproducing image preparing part 105 and the pixel streams are arranged on a rectangular image composed of (n) pieces of longitudinal pixels and (m) pieces of lateral pixels. The prepared image is transformed to an expanded view image in the shape of closed curved surface having a void part by an expanded view image preparing part 106. Next, an expanded view synthesizing part 107 synthesizes an image transferred from the input device 101 with the void part of the expanded view image and outputs the result from an image output 108 as an expanded view synthetic image.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that force is excessively applied to a wall surface because an inserting direction at the time of insertion is invisible in a conventional strabismus mirror (endoscope) and to excellently secure the visual field of a direction required at the time of work. SOLUTION: By equipping an ultra wide angle lens at the tip part of this endoscope 1, a visual field angle close to 180 degrees is secured with an important visual field direction as a center. An optical images passed through the ultra wide angle lens are received by a solid-state image pickup element inside an image pickup camera 5, converted to electric signals in the element and sent to an image processor 6. The image processor 6 computes the line-of-sight direction of a fixed range with the direction instructed by an operator from a joystick 7 as the center, computes the position of a corresponding picture element on the solid-state image pickup element for the computed respective line-of-sight directions, reads the image signals of the computed respective corresponding picture elements from an image memory and outputs them to a monitoring device 8. Thus, the distortion of the images by the ultra wide angle lens is corrected and many directions are observed by one endoscope even without a mechanical movable part.
