    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fire resistant double-layer pipe having sufficient fire resistance, heat resistance and sound absorbing property, and also having excellent constructing workability. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the fire resistant double-layer pipe 1 which has a synthetic resin inner pipe 2 and a mortar outer pipe installed on the outer periphery of the inner pipe in a longitudinally slidable condition, comprises: placing a heat resistant and sound absorbing layer forming material on the endless felt of a papermaking device for a mortar layer forming mortar film; further winding the heat resistant and sound absorbing material on a metal core pipe arranged abutting on the endless felt to form a heat resistant and sound absorbing layer; winding the mortar film made by the papermaling device on the outer peripheral face of the heat resistant and sound absorbing layer up to a predetermined thickness; removing the metal core pipe on which the heat resistant and sound absorbing layer and the mortar layer are formed, from the papermaking device; curing and hardening the metal core pipe; and then pulling it therefrom to mold the mortar outer pipe having the mortar layer integrally with the heat resistant and sound absorbing layer; and inserting the inner pipe into the obtained integrated molded product.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fire-resistant two-layer pipe which has sufficient fire-resistant and heat-insulating properties and a sound absorbing property and has good constructability.SOLUTION: For this method of manufacturing a fire-resistant two-layer pipe, a heat-insulating and sound-absorbing pipe is fixed to the inner circumference of a mortal-made outer pipe by inserting the heat-insulating and sound-absorbing pipe, where a metallic film is stuck to its outer surface, around the inner pipe and next, inserting the inner pipe and the heat-insulating and sound-absorbing pipe into a prefabricated mortal-made outer pipe after applying an adhesive to the periphery of a metallic film, in a method of manufacturing the fire-resistant two-layer pipe which is composed of the inner pipe made of synthetic resin and the mortal-made outer pipe that is installed while being slidable in the longitudinal direction around the inner pipe.
