As a result, noise detection can be done for every small region of one measuring object region without moving neither the antenna system nor the machine, only by switching each turn-over switch and selecting one series of whole small loop antennas 43ij. Thus, work efficiency of noise detection is raised and identification of the noise source can be exactly done to the level of a very small component constituting the machine to be tested or to a part of the component.
