摘要：本発明は、固体燃料分離型流動層ガス化方法及びガス化装置に関する。燃料の乾燥、熱分解とチャーのガス化、タール/炭化水素改質とを物理的に分離して行なうことによって、流動層ガス化中に、分離されたこれら化学反応と物理工程間の相互作用を利用可能にさせる。具体的には、二つの反応室を有する流動層反応器において、燃料の乾燥、熱分解及びチャーのガス化、タール/炭化水素改質をそれぞれ行い、チャーの触媒効果を通じてタール/炭化水素の改質を促進し、引いては分解させ、また、蒸発された燃料水分を有効な反応剤としてチャーガス化とタール/炭化水素改質に提供する。これによって、製品ガスにおけるタールの含有量を低減し、外部水蒸気の使用量を減少し、ガス化の総合的効率を向上させ、この技術を高含水燃料に適用させることが可能となる。該ガス化方法は、個別の流動層ガス化に応用することができるだけでなく、未反応のチャーを燃焼する燃焼器と先進的な分離型流動層ガス化の設計に貢献する。
