    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display unit which can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of light guide parts has one end, another end, and a side face extending along a first direction from the one end to the other end. The light guide parts are arranged spaced apart from each other in a second direction crossing to the first direction. A light source allows the incident light to enter inside the light guide part from the one end of the light guide part. A support substrate includes a first principal plane in contact with the side face of the light guide part and a second principal plane on the opposite side of the first principal plane, and the part in contact with the side face is transparent. A first electrode is a light transmissive electrode arranged on the second principal plane. An opposing substrate is opposite to the second principal plane and arranged spaced apart from the first electrode. The second electrode is a light transmissive electrode arranged on a surface opposite to the second principal plane of the opposing substrate. A plurality of spacers are arranged between the support substrate and the opposing substrate, and disposed between the light guide parts when projected on a plane in parallel with the first and second directions.
