    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaerator that can exert sufficient deaeration performance without a deaerating tray.SOLUTION: Condensed water which is condensed at a condenser is guided as sprayed particles 4 through a condensed water inlet 1 into a deaerator body 3 by spray valves 2. High speed steam 9 is sprayed in the vicinity of the outlets of the spray valves 2 from high speed steam jetting parts 10 disposed behind the spray valves 2 such that sprayed particles 4 are more atomized, dispersed into the deaerator body, heated and deaerated by direct contact with turbine extraction steam 6 which is guided into the deaerator body 3 from a steam inlet nozzle stub 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for new electric wiring, and miniaturize an indoor electrical appliance by receiving a commercial power supply by an indoor machine, by giving the starting timing of communication by an indoor control circuit via a modulation/demodulation circuit to indoor and outdoor machines, and by providing a communication prohibition zone. SOLUTION: A commercial power supply 9 being used as the power supply of an air conditioner is received by an indoor machine 13, and is transferred to an outdoor machine 14 by a connection line 18. A DC power supply circuit 12 being provided in the outdoor machine 14 creates a DC power supply being supplied to an indoor control circuit 10 from the commercial power supply being transmitted from the indoor machine 13, and is supplied to the indoor control circuit 10 by the connection line 19. The indoor control circuit 10 is operated by the DC power supply being supplied by the connection line 19 and at the same time communicates with the outdoor control circuit 12 via a modulation/demodulation circuit 17 being connected to the connection line 19. Communication is made by modulating the DC power supply with a high frequency signal based on a communication signal. As a result, a wall service outlet for a room air conditioner inside a room can be used, and also the need for large parts for high voltage can be eliminated from an electrical appliance of the indoor machine 13.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the employment of a plug socket for a room air conditioner provided in a room by a method wherein commercial power supply is received by an indoor machine and is transmitted to an outdoor machine through connecting wires. SOLUTION: The power source of an air conditioner or a commercial power supply 9 is received in an indoor machine 13 and is transmitted to an outdoor machine 14 through connecting wires 18-a, 18-b. A DC power supply circuit 12, provided in the outdoor machine 14, produces a DC power source, supplied from the commercial power supply 9 transmitted from the indoor machine to an indoor control circuit 10, and supplies the same to the indoor control circuit 10 through connecting wires 19-a, 19-b. The indoor control circuit 10 is operated by the DC power source supplied through the connecting wires 19-a, 19-b and communicates with an outdoor control circuit 12 through a modulator and demodulator 17-a. According to this constitution, the employment of a plug socket for room air conditioner positioned inside of a room becomes possible. Further, operation of all electric instruments in the indoor machine 13 becomes possible by a low voltage DC power supply from the DC power supply 12 provided in the outdoor machine 14 whereby large-size parts for a high voltage become unnecessary.
