摘要：バルブ装置において、流体の流路を有するバルブハウジング本体と、前記バルブハウジング本体内部に形成されたバルブガイドと、前記バルブガイド内を摺動してバルブを開閉するバルブステムと、バルブを開閉する油圧アクチュエータと、前記油圧アクチュエータを制御する油圧制御弁とを備え、前記バルブガイドの前記流路側端部に前記バルブステムに付着する付着物を掻き取るクレーパを設ける。また、バルブハウジング本体に、前記油圧アクチュエータと、前記油圧制御弁とを一体に設ける。さらに、前記バルブガイドに向けて、冷却のために圧油を噴出させる絞り部を有するノズルとを設ける。

摘要： A valve device includes a valve housing body having a passage for fluid, a valve guide formed in the valve housing body, a valve stem sliding in the valve guide for opening and closing the valve, a hydraulic actuator for opening and closing a valve, and a hydraulic control valve for controlling the hydraulic actuator, in which a scraper is provided on an end of the passage side of the valve guide for scraping the deposits on the valve stem. Further, the hydraulic actuator and the hydraulic control valve are integrated with the valve housing body. Furthermore, the device is provided with a nozzle oriented toward the valve guide and having an orifice for jetting pressured oil for cooling.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling water circuit for an EGR cooler positively preventing formation of condensate water in the EGT cooler with an inexpensive simple structure. SOLUTION: In the cooling water circuit 20, engine cooling water flowing in the EGR cooler 13 is limited to a little quantity passing a temperature sensing chamber side branch flow path 28D to easily heat engine cooling water by EGR gas in the EGR cooler 13 by shutting off a main flow-in chamber 32 side of a thermostat 30 when temperature of the engine cooling water is predetermined temperature or lower. Consequently, temperature of the engine cooling water rises in a short period of time and condensate water is not easily formed from EGR gas. Since the main flow-in chamber 32 side is communicated in the thermostat 30 when temperature of engine cooling water exceeds the predetermined temperature, great quantity of engine cooling water flows in the EGR cooler 13 and EGR gas can be effectively cooled. Since expensive temperature sensor and cooling water adjustment valve which were used for conventional system are not used in the cooling water circuit of such a structure, the structure is simple and inexpensive.
