    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator which is superior in electric insulation and reliability and has high productivity and to provide a manufacturing method of the actuator. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the piezoelectric actuator is provided with a cover arranging process for arranging a cylindrical insulation cover 5 by forming a clearance 40 with a piezoelectric element 10, a resin filling process for filling the clearance 40 with mold resin, an element storing process for storing the piezoelectric element 10 in a storage case, and a bonding process for bonding a housing 30 to an opening end part of the storage case. An implantation opening hole 51 and a suction opening hole 52 are formed in the insulation cover 5. In the resin filling process, mold resin is implanted into the clearance 40 from the implantation opening hole 51, mold resin implanted into the clearance 40 is absobed from the suction opening hole 52 and mold resin is circulated in the clearance 40 for a prescribed time.
