摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress impact force applied on an occupant by attenuating the impact force that acts upon the occupant by a cushion member of a seat back. SOLUTION: The upper end part of a seat back rest 60 and the lower end part of a head rest 58, the rear end part of an upper cushion member 52 and the lower end part of the seat back rest 60 are overlapped on each part. The overlapped parts are sewn with fine thread that is cut when a pressing force of a predetermined value or more is applied onto the seat back rest 60. Therefore, when the pressing force of a predetermined value or more is applied onto the seat back rest 60, the fine thread is cut and the part against which the shoulder parts of the occupant abut, and the part against which the buttocks of the occupant abut are expanded, thereby attenuating the impact force. 摘要：車両用シート10では、シートフレーム12の座部用フレーム14にクッション材18を設けてシートクッション20が形成される。クッション材18の表層部である上部クッション部材(3次元立体編物)86は、座部用フレーム14に張設され、クッション材18の下層部である布ばね材18上に積層されている。シートクッション20への着座時に着座者の体重に基づく押し付け力で布ばね材68が押圧されて下方へ撓むと、該布ばね材68における着座者の座骨結節が押圧する部位には、該押圧方向の力である引張コイルスプリング80の引張力が作用し、クッション材18の張力方向が3次元となる。

摘要：シートは、シートフレームと、互いに離間して配置された一対のグランド編地同士を連結糸で結合することにより形成され、シートフレームに支持された三次元立体編物を含むクッション材とを備えている。クッション材は、着座した際の伸び側反力の作用する際の弾性コンプライアンス特性として、押圧する人体部位の弾性コンプライアンスと略同等の値を有する第1部位と、第1部位の弾性コンプライアンスよりも大きな値を有する第2部位とを備えている。これによって、薄型かつ軽量なシートを提供できると共に、座骨結節下における荷重集中を緩和して座り心地を改善し、長時間着座におけるしびれの発生を低減すると共に、振動伝達特性を向上させることができる。
