摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter and a lighting fixture which repel insects without impairing a color tone and translucency. SOLUTION: Each of the lighting fixtures A, B, C is provided with the optical filter 1 arranged in a light-emitting direction of lamps 11, 11', 11", a globe 13 and a front panel 14. The material for the optical filter 1, the globe 13 and the front panel 14 is made of translucent synthetic resin to which an ultraviolet beam absorbing agent and a dye and a pigment are added, and a cut ratio and a transmittance ratio are adjusted so that 100% of light of a wavelength from 300 nm to 395 nm is cut and transmittance of light with a wavelength of 405 nm may become 50% or less, and an average transmittance of light with a wavelength of 450 nm or more may become 50% or more. Moreover, in the filter 1, the globe 13 and the front panel 14, a layer having a smaller YI value than the translucent material is laminated at least on a side of the surface which can be visible from a user. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light filter which an insect is hard to approach without losing the hue and translucency, and to provide a lighting fixture using it. SOLUTION: The lighting fixtures A, B, C are provided with lamps 11, 11', 11", respectively and a light filter 1, a globe 13 and a front panel 14 which are disposed in the direction of radiation of the lamps 11, 11' ,11", respectively. Materials where an ultraviolet absorber, a dyestuff or a pigment is added to translucency synthetic resin are used for the light filter 1, the globe 13 and the front panel 14. By adding the ultraviolet absorber, the dyestuff or the pigment, the cutting rate and the transmission are adjusted so that light having a wavelength ranging from about 300 to about 395 nm is cut by the ratio of generally 100% ; the transmission of light having a wavelength of about 405 nm becomes not more than about 50%; and the average transmission of light having a wavelength of not less than about 450 nm becomes not less than about 50%. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter and an illumination device hardly attracting insects without damaging color tone and a light transmission property. SOLUTION: Each lighting fixture A, B, C is provided with an optical filter 1, a globe 13, and a front panel 14, each arranged in an irradiating direction of lamps 11, 11', 11''. Translucent synthetic resin, in which an ultraviolet-ray absorbent, dye-stuff, and pigments are added, is used for the optical filter 1, the globe 13, and the front panel 14. A light cutting rate and light transmissivity is adjusted so that the light having wavelengths of 300 nm to 395 nm is cut by 100%, a transmissivity of the light having a wavelength of 450 nm becomes 50% or less, and an average transmissivity of the light having wavelengths of 450 nm or longer becomes 50% or larger. Further, layers having the same color as that of the translucent material at lighting are laminated on the surface of the optical filter 1, the globe 13, and the front panel 14. The optical filter 1, the globe 13 and the front panel 14 are made of a light translucent synthetic resin to which a UV ray absorbing agent, dye and pigment are added and a cutting ratio and transmissivity is adjusted so that light of 300 to 395nm wavelength is cut by 100%, transmissivity of light of 405nm wavelength is ≤50% and average transmissivity of light of ≥450nm wavelength is ≥50%. Further when a graph of transmissivity of a light translucent material is created by taking the wavelength on a transverse axis, taking the transmissivity on a vertical axis and making a scale of the wavelength of 1nm equal to a scale of the transmissivity of 1%, tangent of an angle made by intersection of the transverse axis and a tangent line at an inflection point of a transmissivity changing curve is ≥2. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high wakefulness during work by providing both of an illumination apparatus for illuminating alternately in a standard illumination intensity period for providing the intensity of illumination suitable for work and a high illumination intensity period for providing the intensity of illumination higher than the foregoing intensity and a stimulus apparatus for changing temperature, humidity, wind, sound, vibration, aroma, and the like. SOLUTION: An illumination apparatus 2, an air conditioner 3, an aroma generator 4, and a vibration generator 5 are set under the control of a controller 1 to which a timer 10 is connected. The illumination apparatus 2 can illuminate selectively with the intensity suitable for work and the intensity about 1.5 times or preferably twice as high as the above intensity. By the control of the controller 1, a standard illumination intensity period for providing the intensity suitable for work and a high illumination intensity period for providing the higher intensity are alternately selected. Thus, deterioration, which is caused when people get accustomed to the state, in wakening effect obtained in the high illumination intensity period can be prevented, so that the high wakefulness can be maintained for a long period.
