摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system for an observer to easily arrange the rhythm of respiration according to a variation in brightness of light when the eyes are closed to be easily fallen into a sleep, light control device and a light control method. SOLUTION: The lighting period of a light source 10 is divided into a respiration control time and an adaptation period, and a control part 20 controls the light source 10 so that the brightness ratio C1(= LMAX 1 /LMIN 1 ) of the maximum brightness LMAX 1 to the minimum brightness LMIN 1 in one frequency of a variation in brightness becomes substantially a constant value in the respiration control period, and so that, in the subsequent adaptation period, the brightness ratio (= LMAX 2 /LMIN 2 ) of the maximum brightness LMAX 2 to the minimum brightness LMIN 2 in one frequency of the variation in brightness becomes substantially a constant value smaller than the brightness ratio C1 and that the maximum brightness LMAX 2 can vary along a dark adaptation curve. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system having correlation with the change of the quantity of light of sunlight, capable of adjusting organism rhythm, and easily maintaining awakening. SOLUTION: A light receiving part 1 generates a voltage signal having correlation with (proportion to) the quality of light of sunlight. A comparison part 7 of a power control part 2 outputs a control signal of 'H' when reference voltage V0 of a reference wave form generating part 6 is higher than a voltage signal sent from the light receiving part 1. A lighting device 4 sets the lighting power (dimmer degree) of a luminescent load 5 according to the width of the control signal. The lighting device 4 sets lighting power supplied to the luminescent load 5 so that illuminance within a room which a luminescent object varies in proportion to the variation of the receiving quantity of light from sunlight (outside light) according to the width of the input control signal. Or, when the receiving quantity of light is decreased and the width of the control signal is increased, lighting power is decreased and brightness is decreased, and oppositely, when the receiving quantity of light is increased and the width of the control signal is decreased, lighting power is increased and brightness is increased.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high wakefulness during work by providing both of an illumination apparatus for illuminating alternately in a standard illumination intensity period for providing the intensity of illumination suitable for work and a high illumination intensity period for providing the intensity of illumination higher than the foregoing intensity and a stimulus apparatus for changing temperature, humidity, wind, sound, vibration, aroma, and the like. SOLUTION: An illumination apparatus 2, an air conditioner 3, an aroma generator 4, and a vibration generator 5 are set under the control of a controller 1 to which a timer 10 is connected. The illumination apparatus 2 can illuminate selectively with the intensity suitable for work and the intensity about 1.5 times or preferably twice as high as the above intensity. By the control of the controller 1, a standard illumination intensity period for providing the intensity suitable for work and a high illumination intensity period for providing the higher intensity are alternately selected. Thus, deterioration, which is caused when people get accustomed to the state, in wakening effect obtained in the high illumination intensity period can be prevented, so that the high wakefulness can be maintained for a long period.
