摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for manufacturing a reinforced fiber molding which allows high molding speed, and allows high and uniform fiber volumetric content to keep high quality and are suitable for efficient continuous molding of the lengthwise member. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of the reinforced fiber molding has a contact molding means for successively molding the lengthwise member while coming in contact with respective parts in a longitudinal direction of a transported reinforced fiber base material. At least two contact molding means are arranged in a width direction of the reinforced fiber base material and are movable in the width direction relatively to each other. Between at least two contact molding means, comb teeth extend from respective contacting molding means in the width direction of the reinforced fiber base material and fellow comb teeth are engaged with each other so as to come in contact with the reinforced fiber base material. Thus a comb teeth mechanism which can absorb width change of a contacting molding region of the reinforced fiber base material is constituted.
