    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank having a vaporized fuel passage between the inner surface of a filler tube and the outer surface of a guide pipe, smoothly returning vaporized fuel to a tank body by sufficiently ensuring a passage cross section of the vaporized fuel passage. SOLUTION: In refueling the tank body through the filler tube 12 with a fuel gun, vaporized fuel pressed out to a vaporized fuel passage 16 in the filler tube 12 through a breather tube 13 from an upper space of the tank body is sucked by a negative pressure of the fuel flowing out at a high speed from a guide pipe 15 and returned to the tank body to prevent dissipation to the air. At that time, the passage cross section of the vaporized fuel passage 16 between the inner surface of the filler tube 12 and the outer surface of the guide pipe 15 is increased by a recessed part 15d on the guide pipe 15; therefore, the vaporized fuel pressed out of the breather tube 13 can be smoothly returned to the tank body and the dissipation of the vaporized fuel to the air can be completely prevented.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler pipe structure capable of preventing fluid accumulation, having no influence on a size of a filler lid or a space in a cabin. SOLUTION: In this filler pipe 8, a large-diameter portion 20 near a fuel filler port 17 and a small-diameter portion 21 near a fuel tank are continuously formed, the large-diameter portion 20 is disposed so that the fuel filler port 17 may open diagonally upward, and the inclination of a tangential line 25 of a lower surface 24 of a peripheral wall 23 of the large-diameter portion 20 corresponding to an axial line 22 of the large-diameter portion 20 is partially inverse to the axial line 22 with regard to a horizontal direction H, and a fluid accumulation portion 26 is formed at this portion, wherein an auxiliary pipe 37 is installed that lets fuel accumulated in the fluid accumulation portion 26 escape.
