      SOLUTION: This flashing structure of the lower end of the wall, the whole of which is horizontally curved and which is arranged at the lower end of a concrete wall skeleton 1 on the second or upper floor of the building, comprises outside and inside lateral plate 18 and 20, and a top plate 21 for connecting lower ends of both the lateral plates 20 and 18 together. Fitting grooves 31 and 26 are formed along the longitudinal directions of the lower ends of the mutually opposed side surfaces of both the lateral plates 20 and 18; both the lateral plates 20 and 18 and the top plate 21 are each horizontally curved; both side edges of the top plate 21 are fitted into the fitting grooves 31 and 26 of both the lateral plates 20 and 18; and both the lateral plates 20 and 18 are connected together by means of a connecting material 11.
